Wiatrak typu koźlak zbudowany w 1696 r. w Miejskiej Górce. Charakterystyczną cechą "Koźlaków" było to, że cały budynek wiatraka wraz z skrzydłami jest obracalny wokół pionowego drewnianego słupa. Wiatraki tego typu miały zazwyczaj 3 kondygnacje, na ostatniej znajdował się mechanizm mielący zboże kamieniami młyńskimi.
